These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YTForge service operated by Devins ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

YTForge provides an AI-powered service that converts YouTube video content into written articles. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze video transcripts and generate structured articles in various formats.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account using Google OAuth authentication
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credit System and Pricing

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 10 free credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment system
• Different article types consume different amounts of credits (1-4 credits)
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active

5. Refund Policy

Credits are non-refundable once purchased.

However, we will refund credits to your account balance if:

• Article generation fails due to a technical error on our side
• The service is unable to process your request

In such cases, credits are automatically returned to your account. Monetary refunds are not provided for purchased credits.

6. YouTube Terms of Service Compliance

By using YTForge, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will only process videos you have the right to use
• You will comply with YouTube's Terms of Service
• You will respect the intellectual property rights of video creators
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable copyright laws and the original content creator's rights.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important information about AI-generated content:

• Articles are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Generated content may not perfectly represent the source video content
• You should review and edit generated articles before publication
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content
• You are responsible for fact-checking and verifying information

8. Content Ownership and License

Regarding ownership of generated content:

• You retain ownership rights to articles generated using our service
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content for service delivery
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to create derivative works from source videos
• We do not claim ownership of your generated articles

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Process videos containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent our credit system or abuse free credits
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• We are not liable for any service interruptions

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Use the service to harm others or our infrastructure

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devins, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by:

• The laws of Poland
• Applicable European Union regulations, including consumer protection laws

Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Poland, unless EU consumer protection laws provide you with the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us:
